Description
Whether you’re picking up a needle for the first time or building on skills you already have, Sewing 101 is a welcoming place to begin. Over 10 sessions, you’ll discover the history of sewing, get comfortable with notions, thread, and fabric basics, practice essential hand stitches, and create a practical project to take home. The course is $320 and must be completed before enrolling in any other sewing classes offered.

2026-2027 Classes begin October 11th. In-person classes are either at my studio or, if you have a group of 8 or more, I can come to you.
This class does not require a sewing machine. There is a supply list that will be handed out in the first class. The supplies are not needed until week 4.
