A small fee is required to hold your place. This is great for those who will pay in cash or are not ready to pay the full amount.
Whether you’re picking up a needle for the first time or building on skills you already have, Sewing 101 is a welcoming place to begin. Over 10 sessions, you’ll discover the history of sewing, get comfortable with notions, thread, and fabric basics, practice essential hand stitches, and create a practical project to take home. You must complete this course before enrolling in any other sewing classes offered.
2026-2027 Classes begin October 11th. All times are Central Standard Time
Fall Semester Hours are open for enrollment:
Sundays: 11 am
Mondays: 2 pm
Tuesdays: 4 om
Wednesdays: 4 pm
Thursdays: 2 pm
Classes Start October 11th.
This class does not require a sewing machine. I will hand out a supply list in the first class. You won’t need the supplies until week 4.
NOTE: This class includes using scissors, pins, needles, an iron, and other dangerous tools.
Class time slot holding fee is non-refundable.
