Custom Work: All custom items are made to order according to the measurements, design preferences, fabric choices, and embellishments the client chooses. Because each piece is uniquely created for you, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable except as specifically stated below.
- Custom-made items: Non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
- If production has not begun, a refund can be issued at our discretion, minus any supplies, notions, fabrics, threads, tools, or other supplies specific to the order, and an administrative fee of $100.
- If we make an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right (repair, remake, or refund at our discretion). Shipping for repairs/remakes is at the client’s expense.
Classes: Classes include all those listed on our website, through our social media, or those offered directly with no advertising to an individual or group.
- More than 14 days before the class start date: You may cancel and receive a refund minus an administrative fee (or the full amount may be transferred to a future class).
- 14 days or fewer before the class start date: No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same class if space is available (subject to our approval).
- After classes have begun: No refunds or transfers.
